Träume’s Ethics and Conduct Channel is a safe and confidential way for employees, suppliers, customers and other interested parties to report ethical violations, inappropriate conduct, fraud, harassment or behavior that goes against our values and principles.

This channel is exclusively for receiving complaints and reports confidentially and, if preferred, anonymously, about any breach of Träume’s Code of Ethics and Conduct, internal policies, guidelines or applicable legislation.

This whistleblowing channel is available 24 hours a day, and all registered information is sent to a specialized compliance team, guaranteeing total confidentiality and protection against retaliation, with appropriate analysis and response.

    Who are the person(s) or company(ies) you want to report?

    Use the following fields to identify the person or company. You don't need to know all the qualifications, but the more details, the better.


    Full name, surname, position, area, any identification document, company you work for (if you're an outsourcer), etc.


    Provide company name (it's like a person's full name), company identification number, address, company's scope of work.


    If it's still happening, or has happened on several dates, just say a few example dates, where possible saying Day, Month and Year, or time references such as “annual meeting”, “end of year party”, “safety briefing”, etc.


    Now is the time to describe to us what this person(s) or company(ies) has done or has been doing that does not comply with Träume's Code of Conduct or other Policies and Guidelines. Please describe in as much detail as possible.


    Describe, for each witness and whenever you know it, their full name, surname, position, area or company they work for (if they are outsourced). It is extremely important to provide the names of the people who witnessed what was reported. The success rate of an investigation with witnesses is much higher.


    It is not the whistleblower's obligation to have evidence, but if you know of any, even beyond your reach, please let us know how to obtain it, as it is crucial to speeding up the investigation and increasing the success rate. Remember: any information can be useful, however irrelevant it may seem to you.
